Seasonal Apple & Spiced Honey Gin

Guess who's back, back again.

Apple & Spiced Honey is BACK! We hope you're as excited as us.

Hopefully you know the drill, but here's an update.

• We make a botanically rich 'proper' gin recipe, containing: Juniper, Angelica, Coriander Seed, Orange Peel, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Orris 
• We then get apples from Lathcoats farm (just a mile and a half from the distillery) and soak them in the (almost) finished gin recipe
  
• Once the gin has infused with the crisp, fresh, apple taste we filter out the apple solids, leaving an apple infused gin!
• Finally, we dry roast cinnamon & cloves in a pan, before pouring over water to extract their flavour - this 'spiced' water is mixed with a beautiful local honey & then mixed into the apple gin in order to create the finished product!
  

As always, all of our products are mixed with a pinch of local sea salt plus naturally filtered & perfectly preserved Essex spring water from our friends at Elsenham spring water (www.elsenhamwater.com) this gives all of our products a delicious minerality & full mouth feel.
