Sounds delicious... what is it?

It's a classic cosmo, but not as you know it.., we've taken this icon of the 80's & cranked the flavour up to 11 with a big hit of pure Essex rhubarb juice. 

Perfect either shaken and served straight up or super simple served chilled and poured into a wine glass filled with ice, made exceptional with a splash of bubbles!

Our Rhubarb Cosmo features: 

- Essex Spirits Co Spring Water Vodka

- Pure Essex rhubarb juice

- Cranberry Juice 

- 'Super' Grapefruit Juice 

- Natural Sugar

All you have to do is keep the bottle in the fridge and then pour into a glass with or without ice. (and a splash of fizz!).

Every cocktail is freshly hand-mixed weekly by our expert team. Between founders Jenny, Phil, and Essex Spirits Co founder Zane, there’s over 60 years of cocktail-making experience behind every single cocktail.
