Plum, Lime & White Chocolate Liqueur

MUMS LOVE PLUMS 

A super limited release by Essex Spirits Co - only 50 bottles made for Mother’s Day 2025. 

This release is made with plums from our very own Adam’s allotment - that have been soaking since 2024 in alcohol to extract the best natural flavour. 

We then took this plum alcohol and ‘fat washed’ it with caramelised white chocolate - allowing the plum alcohol to take on the richness and texture of the white chocolate. 

Finally we balanced this liqueur with a drop of sugar (obviously) and a hint of lime for balance… The perfect gift for mum. 

BUT HOW DO WE DRINK IT?

To be fair - it’s delicious on its own, chilled!

Or try it in a PLUMS AND ROSÈ SPRITZ. 

• grab a wine glass and fill it with cubed ice
• ⁠pour in 50ml of plum, lime and white chocolate liqueur
• ⁠top with 75ml of your favourite rosè (or whatever you have to hand)
• ⁠top with a splash of Prosecco and soda or lemonade to taste
