The Liquid...

Made to an authentic Sicilian Limoncello recipe (shared with us secretly by one of our favourite Italians, Marco of 'The Italian Supermarket') our ‘Gin-O-cello’ takes hand zested and peeled fresh lemons & limes and infuses them with traditional and floral gin botanicals that are hand distilled by us. Finally we gently sweeten the mixture using predominately local honey.
