Gin-o-cello

70cl | 22% ABV

Made to an authentic Sicilian Limoncello recipe (shared with us secretly by one of our favourite Italians…) our ‘Gin-O-cello’ takes hand zested and peeled fresh lemons & limes and infuses them with traditional and floral gin botanicals that are hand distilled by us. Finally we gently sweeten the mixture using predominately local honey.

- Hand macerated lemons

- 100% British Grain Spirit

- Botanicals stepped for c.48 hours

- Vacuum distillation c.20-50c

- Hand zested lemons

- Juniper

- Coriander seed & Angelica

- Chamomile

- Elderflower

- Orange peel

- Local honey

- Cane sugar
