Celebrating the very best of the Essex countryside, our Elderflower, Mint & Raspberry Liqueur is crafted using 100% Essex grown and foraged ingredients. Delicate elderflower is hand foraged each spring, paired with fragrant wild mint from the grounds of Down Hall Hotel and sweet, juicy raspberries grown on a family farm in northern Essex. The result is a beautifully fresh, floral and fruity liqueur that captures the taste of an English summer and is perfect served in a refreshing Hugo Spritz.
