East Anglican Amaretto

70cl | 22% ABV

Crafted the authentic way, our East Anglian Amaretto is made using 100% natural bitter apricot kernels, a traditional ingredient that also gives a second life to a byproduct of the jam industry. We gently extract their rich almond character using a slow sous vide infusion before layering in bright orange oils, smooth Madagascan vanilla and a delicate pinch of Maldon Sea Salt. Finally, we sweeten the liqueur with a blend of organic white and brown sugars, creating a beautifully rich, rounded and indulgent finish.
