What happens when one of our favourite breweries and wine makers come together and collaborate? 

Project 23 is Sussex based Burning Sky's latest collaboration with Kent based Westwell Vineyard. A mixed fermentation beer was aged in Cognac barrels for three years before it was added to 200kg of unfermented, foot crushed Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation of the grapes ran through the beer, producing an intense wine character. 

Unfiltered and unpasteurised. Wine-beer hybrid full of tart-fruity notes.
