Grown 500 feet above sea level, in red, coffee-stone soil in the Swartland, the grapes express ripe red fruits and saline notes, balanced perfectly with the bubbles. Pot Luck is hand-harvested, spontaneous fermentation, naturally carbonated in the bottle.
