Mammoth Beer is a microbrewery in Hackney East London. They make small batches of beer that aim to draw the attention of your senses. Their beers are always bold and novel, always evolving and changing, moving with our tastes and inspirations. They don’t tie our beer to a constructed idea of a style, instead we simply aim to make something enjoyable. They are a locally minded company run and owned by Londoners, making beer that we love. We fell in love with Mammoth on our first visit to their taproom in Leytonstone.
Prism is a modern lager, born out of a melding between years of brewing experience and cutting-edge microbrewing techniques. It is fermented with clean-fermenting German lager yeast W34/70, and generously hopped with Slovenian hops for a crisp and enjoyable hop character. These components are perfectly balanced with a bready lager malt backbone. Prism is unfiltered (meaning it is suitable for vegans) and best enjoyed when stored cold and drunk as fresh as possible.
