Pastore is a mixed fermentation sour and wild brewery based in Cambridgeshire, UK creating super-fruited sours and barrel aged blended wild ales.

Mela is Pastore's apple beer-wine hybrid made up of stainless steel aged Golden Ale, fermented with their mother culture of wild yeasts and microbes, conditioned on Chardonnay skins collected from four acres estate, grown in Hertfordshire, and apple pomace from Blue Barrel Cider, Cambridgeshire of the following varietals - Dabinett, Blenhem Orange, Belle De Boskoop, Bramley.

This incredible Wild Ale took 12 months to produce! Beautiful tasting moderate sourness notes of zippy apple and white grape with a thirst quenching sparkling mouthfeel. Think a cross between a Belgian Lambic and a Ciider.
