Summer Cup (Strawberry, Cherry & Raspberry)

Ever wondered what would happen if you crossed the summer staple of Pimms with a delicious freshly strawberry infused bottle of Gin?

Well, look no further.

What's in the bottle?:

- Our Summer cup combines locally grown & hand picked Strawberries, raspberries & cherries which are then 'centrifuged' to extract clarified juice / pureé from them (and also wasting almost no fruit)

- We then combine this pure, local, fruit juice with orange peel & a number of herbs - this mixture is left for a day to extract maximum flavour

- This blend of fruit and herbs is mixed into a classic gin recipe and everything is bought together with just a touch of sugar & vanilla 

Drink this beautiful mixture with your choice of mixer - just make sure you drink it long, with plenty of ice, on a hot evening with good friends.
